It's a funny thing, but since making the decision to quit my job, I'm still mentally worried about what comes next and thinking actively about it, but my body is reacting quite differently.
I'm feeling muscles relax that I had no idea were tense, almost to the point that I feel a bit like a rag doll. My hands seem quite different; present in a way that I was not feeling before. The same goes for much of the rest of me.
Amazing how tension can slowly build within you so that you are hardly aware of the incremental increase in intensity. Even more amazing how quickly it can dissipate when a root cause is removed.
