It's been a long day – seems like a long week – and it's very pleasant to sit back and enjoy a good whisky, such as this Bunnahabhain single malt that my mother was kind enough to bring over a year or so ago.

I don't drink it very often and savour it when I do; it's very smooth and subtle in its flavor. Like a field of daisies blowing in a summer's wind.

Hopefully, on this year's journey up to Scotland, I'll get the chance to pick up another bottle.
